CSL's SafePartners Management System

The transition is on the way to modernize CSL’s ship and crew management tools, such as Shipsure 1.0, with a series of specialized applications.

Developed as an extension of the SafePartners program established to improve the working environment of crew members, the SafePartners Management System (SP-MS), acts as an umbrella program for the various projects aimed at implementing best of breed applications and processes to provide CSL seafarers with modern, streamlined tools and ensure safe, sustainable and efficient operations.

And just like SafePartners, the SP-MS program is being developed in collaboration with CSL crews to ensure our new systems respond to your needs and work effectively, in alignment with the CVMS and AVMS.

The applications implemented as part of SP-MS are the Ocean Learning Platform (OLP) for crew training, Shipsure 2.0 for technical operations management,  COMPAS  for crew management as well as WorkAxle for timesheet and ADP for payroll  in 2026.
