We are pleased to announce that WorkAxle was officially deployed to all Timesheet Managers and crew members across the Canadian fleet on September 21.
This important achievement marks the culmination of several months of planning, testing, training, collaboration, and hard work. The successful rollout represents a key milestone in the modernization of our tools and processes.
Onboard Visits Across the Fleet
To help ensure a smooth transition to the new system, several members of the project team conducted onboard visits over the past few weeks.
From Montreal to Quebec City, through the Seaway, and at numerous ports across the network, Simon, Jimena, Chris, and Julien met with Captains, Timesheet Managers, and crew members to introduce WorkAxle, answer questions, and support users as they began working with the new system.
These visits not only provided valuable hands-on training but also allowed the team to gather important feedback that will help drive the continuous improvement of the solution.

What’s Next
While the deployment is now complete, the support phase is just beginning. Our teams will continue providing assistance to ensure a successful transition and to address any questions or issues that may arise in the coming weeks.
In addition, the deployment of ADP for pay statements and tax forms remains on track for October 15.
