After months of hard work, the full transition from Shipsure 1.0 to Shipsure 2.0 was completed in December 2022 for CSL Australia, while training and familiarization continues with the office and vessel teams.
For CSL Canada, the transition from Shipsure 1.0 to Shipsure 2.0 began on February 15, 2023. All users in the Montreal office, as well as the Nukumi shipboard management – the first sailing vessel to go-live – have been using the new Shipsure 2.0 platform.
The Shipsure 2.0 integrator, V. Ships, is in the office for two weeks to assist the team with the transition, and to support office users. The rest of the Canadian fleet will start using Shipsure 2.0 at the beginning of the new season in March.
So far, we have received positive feedback from users who are eager to use the system to its fullest potential.
